At
the statewide level, COSP is drafting Green
Infrastructure for Tomorrow: A Statewide Plan
for Open Space Reinvestment (The GIFT Plan). This document will
be a vision for green infrastructure in urban
and growing communities and a road map for green
infrastructure action in Wisconsin.
The
GIFT Plan will articulate, at local, regional,
and statewide levels:

Current strengths and resources

Unmet needs and obstacles that need to be
addressed

Strategies to move forward
