COSP GIFT Plan

At the statewide level, COSP is drafting Green Infrastructure for Tomorrow: A Statewide Plan for Open Space Reinvestment (The GIFT Plan). This document will be a vision for green infrastructure in urban and growing communities and a road map for green infrastructure action in Wisconsin.

The GIFT Plan will articulate, at local, regional, and statewide levels:

  • Current strengths and resources

  • Unmet needs and obstacles that need to be addressed

  • Strategies to move forward
